PDF Edition
The PDF edition can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone with Adobe Reader. Simply click here to download the file and open it. Note: The interactive features do not apply to the PDF edition. You will see the icons (sound, links) that indicate interactivity, but they do not activate anything in the PDF edition. The PDF edition contains all other content.
EPUB Edition
IPAD: Click here for the EPUB edition. It will allow you to Download or Save to your Dropbox. Touch Download and wait patiently. It is a large file (155mb) and it may seem like nothing is happening for a while. Wait patiently! Eventually another alert box will appear allowing you to open the document in iBooks. Select that option. When iBooks opens, it will take a little bit to export the file into the library. Again, wait patiently! Make sure your library is displaying Books and not PDFs or your won't see it in your library.
ANDROID: If you have KOBO Reader installed your Android, give that a try or download it from the Google Play store for free then click here for the EPUB edition. It may or may not work depending on your device and OS version. There is no good way to view this file quite yet.
DESKTOP/NOTEBOOK PC: Download the free Adobe Digital Editions and use that to read the here. Adobe Editions does not always honor the document fonts, so formatting may be a bit off, but the overall document should work.
MAC: If you are on a Mac desktop or notebook and have Mavericks or Yosemite (latest versions) installed, click here to download and use iBooks to read ePUBS from that application - all features will work in the desktop app.
